Title: Software/Model Developer (Ref. COM 2010-01)
Location: Dayton, Ohio
Type: Full time with competitive benefits package
Description: A member of the Edaptive Products Team. Developer will
participate in all software application lifecycle sub-processes including:
specification, design, implementation and testing. Developer will model,
simulate and analyze complex systems and processes. Developer will perform
research and implementation of advanced concepts, technologies, products,
processes, and/or methods.
Education: Bachelors
or higher in Engineering or Computer Science.
Required Skills and Abilities:
At least one
year of experience using Object-Oriented languages (Java and/or C++). At least
six months of experience using modeling and simulation. Duration of related
coursework can be used to substitute for experience.
Enhancing
Skills/Abilities:
- Graduate Education
- Coursework/Experience
in Compiler Theory
- Coursework/Experience
in Operations Research
- Experience
in development of DoD systems.
