Edaptive has and can negotiate: - Firm-Fixed Priced (FFP) contract
- Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract
- Time and Materials (T&M) contract (see Commercial Catalog)
In addition, Phase III SBIR IDIQ Contract # N00421-04-D-0007 with NAVAIR can be used by DoD and NASA for Sole Source Awards to Edaptive. Furthermore, since Edaptive is an 8(a) business, the government can award up to $3.5 million in sole source contracts to the company.
