FULL EVENT DESCRIPTION

Participants will discover how high maturity organizations build competitive advantage through building capability for data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

The High Maturity Concepts course is required for Appraisal Team Members to participate on High Maturity Appraisals for CMMI V2.0 (i.e. – ML4 or 5 appraisals).  

This class is one day in duration but will be taught over two half-days at the Edaptive Computing Inc. Headquarters in the Dayton, Ohio area.  

This class option allows the students to work in the mornings each day, or see the Dayton area sites in the mornings (such as the National Museum of the US Air Force, Carillon Historical Park, Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park, etc.), and attend class each afternoon.
