Position Duties
- Scheduling interviews
- Maintain and update recruiting board
- Reviewing employment applications
- Contacting potential candidates
- Conducting applicant reference checks
- Assisting in onboarding of new hires
- Other Duties, as assigned e.g.
- Supporting the technical writing team
- Supporting the contracts team
- Supporting project management

Educational and Experience Requirements
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/deadlines at once
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience
Enhancing Skills and Abilities
- Experience with DoD contractors
- Experience with recruitment software
- Experience with proposals
- Experience with video production software
