Job Description

Job opportunity to become a member of the Edaptive Computing Inc. Development Team. Developer will participate in projects that involve both software as well as hardware. The work will encompass all design lifecycle sub-processes, including: specification, design, implementation, and testing. Developer will model, simulate, and analyze complex systems and processes. Developer will perform research and implementation of advanced concepts, technologies, products, processes, and/or methods.

Qualitative Requirements

Knowledge of computer architecture and Operating Systems
Experience with x86 Assembly, C and OO (e.g. Java or C++)
Experience using VHDL or Verilog targeted to Altera, Xilinx, or Actel FPGAs
Use of modeling and simulation tools such as ModelSim or ActiveHDL

Desired Qualifications

Coursework/Experience in Digital Systems design
Coursework/Experience in Computer Architecture and Operating Systems
Coursework/Experience in Programming
Experience in development of DoD systems
Active U.S. Security Clearance

Educational and Experience Requirements

Bachelors degree or higher in Computer/Electrical Engineering
At a minimum, coursework and/or up to 5 years of experience with Computer Engineering
